About the Event

Sunday morning, we will be starting with a short MEDITATION, based on conquering fear and leaving our negative ego behind. As I always tell my yogi's "When negative ego arises, injury is not far behind". In Latin, EGO means 'I' and so there must always be ego in oneself. However, by the start of this workshop you will find ‘balance’in this so that you can confidently move forwards in achieving your goals, risk free. 

We'll then step straight into a VINYASA FLOW with strengthening poses and sequences. But not to worry! I will break it down into sections so that you can take it at your own pace and time. Throughout the flow we will begin some gentle postures to warm the body progressing to more advanced poses. 

Including variations of:


- JUMP THROUGHS (downward-dog to staff pose in one swift action) 

- CROW (arm balance)


FEAR is created in the mind when we try to predict the outcome of a situation. These poses may sound daunting but we need to feel these emotions so that we can achieve our GOALS. Otherwise we will always be stuck where we already are. 

‘COURAGE’ is when we face something we fear. Courage, is proving to ourselves that we can conquer these fears. Courage is not believing your limiting beliefs. 


I believe we are ALL unique and that it is crucial that everyone is treated as an individual. I will spend 1-1 time with each yogi to help correct and perfect their postures. I have a great attention to detail so I will be able to pin point what might be holding you back from a specific pose that you personally find the most difficulty. Whether it is one we do in the workshop or one that you have always wanted to learn. One simple adjustment might be all you need to make a world of difference in the yoga studio or your OWN YOGA PRACTICE. 

Remembering that this is exactly what yoga is, a 'PRACTICE'. I highly recommend you are already attending yoga classes by me or another teacher before attending this workshop. If you haven't been to any of my classes, not to worry. I will make sure you feel safe and supported upon arrival until the conclusion of our day. Arriving as a guest but leaving as part of a mini community/family. 

After our lengthy and fun practice I'm sure you will be hungry and keen for some lunch. I will provide a generous grazing board full of healthy and not so healthy treats to suit everyones tastes. Including herbal teas and coffee. If you have any allergies, please contact me OR 0488 008 086 and I will ensure there is something scrumptious for you to eat.

    Starting with 20-30 minutes of introductions and meditation. 1.5 hours of yoga & personal practice 30 minutes of reflection & free-time to practice your goals 30 minutes for lunch and time to connect with other yogi's.
