Mum’s & Bub’s Yoga
Enjoy time to yourself (core & pelvic floor strengthening) with your bubbas by your side/in arms. We’ll do yoga with them too. Please bring a blanket for your bubba to lay on, your own yoga mat and a couple of relatively quiet toys. Option to stay after the class for home made nibbles and a cuppa.
