Both the yoga class and painting are suitable for beginners, or any level of experience. The yoga will be 'yin' inspired (slow and relaxing) with an extended meditation to assist your creativity and intuition for the watercolour painting to follow. Featuring special guest and artist, Zinia King.

About the Event

Enjoy morning tea & nibbles upon arrival. With special guest Zinia King who will teach us how to paint with watercolour. She will show us different techniques. No experience needed.

The yoga class will be slow and relaxing. Great for improving flexibility, relieving stress, calming the mind and so much more. The guided meditation at the end will allow you to connect with and balance your chakras (energy points within the body).

You'll have plenty of time to create your own piece of art using your inspiration and imagination stemmed from the yoga class. If starting on a blank canvas is a little too daunting. You will be able to use a beautiful template of Zinia's to help get you started. 

  • All equipment will be supplied for the art class.

I will be supplying lunch. There will be GF, DF & vegan options. If you have any other dietary requirements please let me know ASAP.

We will conclude the day with some chair yoga, to release any tension that may have built up from painting.
