Self-care Sunday Retreat
5-hours of self-care & spirituality. Beginning with yoga & meditation. Followed by a customised massage. (LIMITED MASSAGE SPACES) Or sit and relax with a cuppa. I can read your palms (optional) and teach you how to use oracle cards, pendulums and more.

About the Event
We'll start with a gentle yoga class and meditation to help open your intuitive abilities. Know that we all have intuitive (psychic) abilities it just takes more effort to understand and use them than some people. I myself, am always still learning.
Each person (who purchased a massage ticket) will be able to receive their custom massage throughout the day, which can be remedial or more restorative, your choice.
Throughout the day I’ll teach you how to read your own oracle cards, how to use a pendulum to help you get some clear yes/no answers and discover which chakras may be imbalanced for you at the current time.
I am also offering palm reading which is totally optional.
There will be plenty of time to chat, share your experiences (if you wish to) and simply enjoy a relaxing day with nowhere to be and minimal things to do.
We’ll be surrounded by the comfort of 2 open fireplaces and have lunch as a group. It will be a shared lunch so please bring a plate of food (for approx. 12 people) that you’d like to share (BYO serving utensils).
I've found that sharing meals and recipes is a great way to explore different, healthy meal ideas. If you'd like to share the recipe, please bring a copy of the recipe with you.
