About the Event

I recommend this workshop to EVERYBODY who practices yoga. Beginner or advanced.

Often we can't see our own alignment and need a helping hand to get it 'right'. Well, it's your lucky day!

I have created this workshop for YOU to rustle up any question you have in regards to yoga poses.

Helping EACH individual, in EVERY pose we can cover over 1.5 hours.

  • Warm up yoga flow
  • Individual adjustments assisted by yoga instructor
  • Light lunch (grazing table)
  • Herbal organic tea and coffee
  • Group Facebook with "The Nifty Yogi" - where you can ask any further questions.

  • Downward Dog
  • Cobra / Upward facing dog
  • Chaturanga (pushup pose and how to build up to it)
  • Pigeon Pose (and variations)
  • Warrior Poses

  1. Your own yoga mat (extras you can bring = 1 or 2 blocks, 1 strap & 1 bolster but not essential)
  2. Water bottle
  3. List of questions you may have
  4. A blanket and socks to keep your toes warm

This isn't a yoga class, it is a workshop. Although we will do a small yoga flow to get warmer up.

Bring a list questions and we will run though all of them if we have time.

Limited spots available - BOOK NOW

If you answer yes to any of the following I highly recommend you register to this workshop:

  • Do you often feel like to aren't getting the pose right in your yoga class?
  • Feel the 'muscle tension' in a body part the yoga teacher hasn't mentioned? (behind the knee or back etc.)
  • Do you have to keep looking up to the teacher to see if you're doing it right?
  • Do you have questions that you've always wanted to ask the teacher but always forget to at the end of class?

I can't wait to see you! :)

  • Workshop Ticket

2 hours of hands on adjustments and cues. Light snacks, tea and coffee. A chance to have your questions answered! Finally ;)
