If you answer yes to any of the following I highly recommend you register to this workshop:

  • Do you often feel like to aren't getting the pose right in your yoga class?
  • Feel the 'muscle tension' in a body part the yoga teacher hasn't mentioned? (behind the knee or back etc.)
  • Do you have to keep looking up to the teacher to see if you're doing it right?
  • Do you have questions that you've always wanted to ask the teacher but always forget to at the end of class?

I can't wait to see you! :)
