What do I need to bring?- A Pram for your little one/s - Having a baby carrier in the pram can be handy if your baby want to be cuddled - Bike, trike or balance bike for your older children (don't worry we walk quite slow) - Water for you and your children - Snacks for your and your children - Sun protection for you and your children - Your own yoga mat if you prefer, but Leah will provide yoga mats each session

Is this suitable for beginners?Yes, all of the walks we offer are beginner level, suitable for any level of fitness.

What if my baby/child has a tantrum?Tantrums happen—it’s normal, and nothing to be ashamed of. Don’t let it deter you from coming along. You’ll be amazed at how much your little ones will thrive in an outdoor group environment, surrounded by other mums and kids. We’re all in this together!

Will I need any fitness equipment?No equipment is needed. Leah provides yoga mats which is the only equipment we'll need for our walking sessions.
