Service Description

A combination of yin/restorative. It is a slow paced practice. Holding each pose, typically from 2-5 minutes each. This style is great for increasing flexibility, reducing stress and feel all-round amazing. We use props (bolsters, blocks & straps) to help sink into the poses with ease. With modifications available to pregnant ladies, seniors and those with injuries.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION T’s & C’s: Less than 6 hours notice: the FULL PAYMENT of your booking is owed. No matter the reason for your cancellation. With 6-12 hours notice: you have the option to RESCHEDULE your session (within the next 6 days, either for an online class or in-person class). If you cannot reschedule. Someone of your choosing (family or friend) can take your spot in replacement of you. BUT this MUST BE ORGANISED BY YOU otherwise full payment will still be owed. And you MUST let Leah know before their arrival. 12 hours (or more) notice: Will have no cancellation fees owing. Thank you for understanding the above T's & C's.
